By using a long fermentation time, slow distillation process, and the highest quality Paraguayan molasses, we have produced a light-bodied rum that retains its distinctive flavor.
The resulting rum is bold, fruity, and smoky – perfect for elevating any white rum cocktail.

We ferment our rum wash from a delicious ,sweet, organic Paraguayan molasses. We give it a long fermentation time, to develop a lot of character. Then we distill it slowly and at low-proof, to bring over that character into the rum. (When they harvest the sugar cane that this molasses comes from, they flash burn the fields. You can actually taste the smoke in this rum.) We believe white rum should be bold and flavorful. It’s for making rum drinks after all, and if you put a mild white rum in that umbrella drink, you won’t taste the rum in it - and then what makes that different from a vodka drink…. Good rum drinks demand flavorful rum - and this one has got it.
